Q)  Do Workers Compensation MN cases settle?

A) Most cases settle, but occasionally some cases have to go to trial. In Workers Compensation there are many different facets to it.  There are administrative conferences, there is rehabilitation medical requests, there is denials and claim petitions and ultimately any one of these different methods of disputes can be resolved either through trial or conference or hearings.  Most cases do settle but invariably most cases have some type of dispute along the way that creates the adversarial process that we use to resolve disputes.
